- Do you ship to PO box addresses?
Unfortunately, we no longer ship to PO Box addresses. This is because we are unable to use Track and Trace services when shipping to PO Boxes, and we have experienced an increase in items going missing using the standard post. - How much do you charge for shipping an order?
Shipping / delivery charges are detailed at the checkout and are dependent upon how many items you order and where in the world we will be sending them. Please read the information on delivery costs here
- When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
This is likely to be a credit card problem. Please double check the name, credit card number, expiration date and security code on your card. If you continue to have problems, contact your bank or pay by other means (e.g. bank transfer).
- Do you do back orders / lay by's?
We don't make any promises, but we will consider back orders. It depends if we are planning to re-order any garments from our manufacturer. If the item you want is not in stock, it might be worth contacting us. Sorry, we don't offer lay by's at this time.
- What's your store location and opening hours?
As a website, we trade independently from any retail store. Buying online from us will ensure that you get the best prices, the best products and the best customer service!
- Do you produce catalogues?

- How can I use my discount coupon and are there any restrictions?
If you have a discount coupon code, you can enter it when you reach the checkout payment stage. You can generally use your discount coupon code against the purchase of any item, however, some products may be excluded or certain discount codes may not work with items that are on special. - Do prices include tax?
Yes, all prices are quoted as inclusive of local GST sales tax at 12.5%.
- Why is Bank Transfer NZ and Australia Only?
Currently, we only accept bank transfer from New Zealand and Australian customers. Non-NZ customers should use the Credit Card or Paypal payment option.
- Why do I have to create an account?
We want your shopping experience on our site to be as easy and straight-forward as possible. Once you have created an account, you will be able to purchase products more efficiently and your account will be set up for use during any future visits. We have also found that requiring customers to create an account results in fewer false orders!
